Jason Underwood
Lead Pastor
Rev. Jason Underwood is a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University and an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene. He has served in full time ministry for over 15 years. Jason was born in Florida, but is proud to call Middle Tennessee home. He enjoys golf, watching and playing sports, and just about anything that gives him an excuse to be outdoors. Jason met his wife, Stephanie, while studying at Trevecca. They have three girls, Ashtyn, Avery, and Addyson, who light up their lives and keep them very busy. Jason's days are spent seeking God's wisdom in fulfilling his roles of husband, father, and Pastor.
Jon Allen
Student Pastor
Pastor Jon Allen serves as our Student Pastor. Jon grew up around Nashville and graduated from Antioch High School. He met his wife, Kari, at Trevecca Nazarene University where he studied religion and youth ministry. Jon and Kari have two children, Evalyn and Cohen. Jon began his work with students as a youth intern at Brentwood Church of the Nazarene. The Allens currently live in Arrington, and they enjoy spending time together as a family outdoors.
Dustin Bilbrey
Children’s Pastor
Pastor Dustin is married to Sarah and has two children, Jaycee and Josiah. He has previously been Senior Pastor at Lewisburg First Church of the Nazarene, Associate Pastor at Coastal Community Nazarene to families and youth, as well as Children’s Pastor at Nashville Grace Church of the Nazarene. He graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University with a Masters in preaching. Dustin now lives in Nolensville and enjoys pastoring our children.
Brent Sharpe
Worship Leader
Brent is from Blythewood, South Carolina. He grew up traveling and singing with his parents, Vance and Jeannie Sharpe. Brent attended Trevecca Nazarene University, majored in worship arts, and graduated in May 2017. Shortly after, he married Lauren Colwell, a preacher's daughter from Smithville, Tennessee. They now happily reside in Smyrna with their dogs.
Bri Foster
Connections Director
Bri was born and raised in Nashville and graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2018. While at Trevecca, she met her husband, Tate. They married in 2018 and welcomed their son, Eli, into the world in 2021. Bri and Tate have worked at churches in both Indiana and Ohio before coming back home to Tennessee to join us on staff here at Concord. As a family, they love hanging out together and trying new restaurants!
TATE FOSTER
PRODUCTION AND ONLINE Pastor
Tate was born in South Carolina and raised in Tennessee where he graduated from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2017 and has served in churches in Indiana and Ohio, along with his wife Bri. They welcomed their son, Eli, in April 2021 and started at Concord in July of that same year. He has served full-time as a Worship Leader, Creative Arts Director, and as Social Media Experience Director before joining our team. He currently serves as Marketing Manager at a non-profit in Franklin, TN. When not serving, Tate enjoys spending time with Bri and Eli, reading, exercising and being a coffee snob.
Michelle Bergman
Early Childhood Pastor
Pastor Michelle serves as our Early Childhood Pastor after almost two decades of ministry to children. She began serving as nursery director at Fulton First Church of the Nazarene while in high school and found her calling. Previously she has served as Children’s pastor at Hendersonville Church of the Nazarene and Assistant Children’s pastor at Jason Chapel Church of the Nazarene. After graduating from Trevecca Nazarene University with a Masters in Teaching, Michelle made Nashville home and teaches middle school math. In addition to her roles here at Concord, Michelle serves our MidSouth District as Summer Children’s Camp Director and Family Camp Activities Coordinator. One of her passions is creating intentional experiences where kids can encounter God in such a real way they decide to follow and serve Jesus Christ.
